A Chemical Biological Incident Response Force technical rescue Marine stabilizes a fallen concrete slab to ensure the safety of other CBIRF personnel during Exercise Scarlet Response held at Guardian Center, Ga., Aug. 17. The Marines responded to a simulated nuclear blast, which stopped traffic and contaminated the town, during a 48-hour exercise.
