Dan Bronza, technical rescue Marines with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force’s Technical Rescue Platoon prepare the "rope gun" to connect the two towers for the high-angle rope rescue during the joint 72-hour technical rescue training operation with the 911th U.S. Army Technical Rescue Engineer Company at the Downey Responder Training Facility. The two units take the opportunity to train together to build a good working relationship and familiarity of each other’s capabilities and limitations because both units cover the National Capitol Region, they would have to work together if there were ever a disaster.
