Lemons, a 21-year-old Springfield, Ohio, native delivered information with potentially life threatening effects as concise, unquestionable facts.  The unit's overall participation in the exercise is an integral part of its ongoing commitment to support local, state and federal first responders with the decontamination and extraction of casualties in the event of a chemical or biological attack.
