ANNEX STUMP NECK, Md. - U.S. Marines with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF), conduct a practical exercise while in the CBIRF Basic Operations Course (CBOC) at the Downey Rescue Training Facility on Annex Stump Neck, Maryland, Jan. 10, 2023.
