Caribou, Maine- native Cpl. Mitchell N. Reck, a response Marine with Identification and Detection Platoon, Reaction Force Company, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF), imitates Elvis while addressing the President of the Mess during a Mess Night at the Mix House aboard Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Md., Feb. 25, 2016. Corporals with CBIRF, U.S. Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), participated in the time-honored tradition of a Marine Corps Mess night with guest of honor Sgt. Maj. Robert G. VanOostrom, sergeant major of manpower and reserve affairs, the night prior to their graduation from the course. The noncommissioned officers completed the 3 week course curriculum that included sword and guidon manual, land navigation, Marine Corps promotion system for sergeants and below and other small unit leader skills and traits.
